Abstract
Glavni predmet proučavanja ovog rada je ISO/IEC 20000 standard i njegova uloga u suvremenom upravljanju svim neophodnim procesima za konkurentno i uspješno poslovanje. Najveće težište je na prvom dijelu standarda (ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011) čiji zahtjevi se na strukturirani način iznose i analiziraju u svrhu boljeg razumijevanja njihove primjene kod praktične implementacije. Glavna ideja rada je prikazati i približiti proces uvođenja standarda u nekoj tvrtki kako bi se opisali zahtjevi i prepreke na putu do ostvarivanja certifikacije. Opisana tvrtka pokazni je primjer jednog takvog suočavanja s izazovom uvođenja koji pokazuje kakvi sve preduvjeti moraju biti zadovoljeni da bi se standard uveo s minimalnim troškovima. Rezultati nakon implementacije ukazuju na potpunu isplativost i opravdanost donošenja odluke o ISO/IEC 20000 certificiranju kojeg sve više tvrtki prepoznaje kao obavezan poslovni zahtjev.
Abstract (english)
The main topic of this study is ISO/IEC 20000 standard and its role in the modern management of all the necessary processes for competitive and successful business. The greatest emphasis is on the first part (ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2011), whose requirements are presented and analysed in a structured way to improve understanding of their application in practical implementation. The main idea of this paper is showing and approaching the process of standard implementation in some company for purpose of describing the requirements and obstacles in achieving certification. Described company is an example of such challenge confronting which shows all must have prerequisites so that the standard implementation is achieved with minimum expenses. Results after the implementation point to a full justifiability of the decision on the ISO/IEC 20000 certification which is more often recognized as a mandatory business requirement by various companies.
