The aim of this thesis is to create web application that will allow overview of different events related to popular and current IT topics on one place, so that the participants can closely look up for subjects they have interest in. The introduction defines development of information technology and novelty that are currently actual on the market, and the concept of life long learning, that has set as standard in information industry. The sequel of thesis starts by research among the people from IT industry, about their level of satisfaction with the existing amount of uselful informations, guidelines and advices, which, in their opinion, could help in their further improvement and job they are currently performing. Further on, technologies have been addressed, that were used in the web aplication development, and later the app, which enables the users active participation in the organization of events, and also gaining of knowledge, and upgrade of existing. In the end, created web application is being compared to available solutions on the market.
