Abstract
Uvođenje elektroničkog poslovanja u tvrtku pretpostavlja odgovarajući stupanj informatiziranosti organizacije. Budući da su današnje tvrtke većinom dosegle potreban stupanj informatizacije uvođenje elektroničkog poslovanja događa se u svim segmentima poslovanja i gospodarstva u cilju povećanja tržišne konkurentnosti, unapređenja poslovnih procesa i digitalne obrade podataka i informacija te, na taj način, postizanja uštede. U radu će se opisati kreiranje i uvođenje sustava za upravljanje informatičkom opremom, razlog njegovog uvođenja te na taj način ostvarene uštede. Pobliže će se opisati dio tog sustava uz pomoć kojega se prati raspoloživost IT opreme i dio koji se koristi za dodjelu prava pristupa mrežnim resursima. Također će biti opisana ICE metodologija koja se primijenila prilikom kreiranja sustava.
Abstract (english)
Considering the fact that majority of companies use information and communication technologies in their businesses, the prerequisite for introduction of electronic business has been reached. By implementation of electronic business market competitiveness grows, business processes become improved, business data and information are processed in digital form thus realizing significant savings. In this paper creation and implementation of the information equipment management system will be described, the reason for its implementation and the savings realized by this implementation. Closer look will be taken to the part of the system which tracks the IT equipment availability and the part which is used to request access to network resources. There will be also described ICE methodology that has been used in system creation.
