Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje principe i prakse integriranja procesa upravljanja informacijskim rizicima u IT organizacijski okvir upravljanja. Na temelju upravljačkog okvira za informacijske tehnologije COBIT 2019 i kaskade ciljeva, proces upravljanja informacijskim rizicima razrađen je na moguće razine zrelosti i primjenjive ciljeve upravljanja i ciljeve managementa te procesne aktivnosti. Nadalje, opisuju se mogući pokazatelji uspješnosti na temelju primjenjive razine zrelosti i poslovnog profila organizacije. Istraživanje ispituje mogu li se stvarni postupci upravljanja informacijskim rizicima i osviještenost u raznim industrijama i općenito performanse procesa upravljanja IT rizicima mjeriti kriterijima uspješnosti. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju bolju svjesnost i provedbu procesa upravljanja informacijskim rizicima u reguliranim industrijama na višoj razini zrelosti nego u ostalim, međutim opće usvajanje tih praksi je i dalje znatno slabo.
Abstract (english)
This work desribes principles and practices in integrating IT risk management process in organization’s IT governance framework. Based on COBIT 2019 Framework and goals cascade, IT risk management process is derived to the possible maturity levels and applicable governance and management objectives and process activities. Further, possible performance indicators are discussed based on applicable maturity level and organization’s business profile. The research examines whether actual IT risk management practices and awareness in various industries and general IT risk performance can be measured by performance criteria. The results of the research demonstrate better awareness and mature implementation of IT risk management process in regulated industries than in other, but general adoption is still considerably low.
