Abstract
Temeljni je cilj diplomskog rada usporedba mobilnih razvojnih arhitektura i programskih rješenja na dvjema različitim platformama – Universal Windows Platform i Android operacijskome sustavu. Razvojem StivCinematheque aplikacije na spomenutim platformama, otvorena je mogućnost produbljivanja različitih aspekata i pristupa u rješavanju problema na različite načine. Pristup, dakle, omogućuje opsežniju analizu obiju tehnologija i mnoštva programskih sučelja u različitim programskim jezicima. Ovaj rad ne odgovara na pitanje koja je platforma bolja za razvoj mobilnih aplikacija, već analizira prednosti i mane svakog rješenja. Time se otvara prostor za brojne usporedbe koje zahtijevaju dublje razumijevanje platformi i postavlja temelj za njihovo upoznavanje. Stoga, rad može poslužiti kao referentna točka programerima pri razvoju aplikacija u različitim mobilnim tehnologijama. Složenost i arhitektura aplikacije predstavlja razinu koja se lako nadograđuje nakon upoznavanja platforme.
Abstract (english)
The core goal of the graduate thesis is to compare mobile development architectures and software solutions on two different platforms - the Universal Windows Platform and the Android operating system. Based on the development of the applications on these platforms, there is an opportunity to deepen different aspects and approaches in problem solving in a variety of ways. This approach therefore provides a more comprehensive analysis of both technologies and a multitude of program interfaces in different programming languages. This paper is not intended to answer the question of which platform is better for the development of mobile applications, but rather analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each of the solutions. This opens up space for numerous comparisons that require deeper understanding of the platforms and is the basis for their acquaintance. The thesis can therefore serve as a reference point for developers in developing applications in different mobile technologies. Complexity and application architecture is at a level that is easy to upgrade after the platform's introduction.
