Abstract
U današnje vrijeme globalne povezanosti Internetom, apsolutni je imperativ osigurati tajnost i integritet podataka. Prilikom povezivanja udaljenih lokacija kao prijenosni medij koristi se Internet koji je nesiguran i svakako je bilo potrebno naći rješenje kako zaštititi podatke od neovlaštenog pristupa. Rješenje je dano VPN tehnologijom. Virtualne privatne mreže omogućuju kreiranje, kao što im samo ime kaže, privatne mreže preko javne nesigurne internetske infrastrukture. Organizacije ili pojedinci zapravo kreiraju vlastitu virtualnu WAN infrastrukturu kojom povezuju svoje udaljene lokacije, a podaci koji se prenose tim privatnim mrežama su kriptirani i zaštićenog integriteta. Jedan od načina zaštite podataka je zaštita IPsec-om kojim se bavi ovaj rad. Simulirana su dva rješenja, IPsec+GRE i DMVPN te su uspoređena na temelju konfiguracije, skalabilnosti i jednostavnosti uporabe. Nakon toga je pokazana njihova međusobna kompatibilnost.
Abstract (english)
In today's global Internet connectivity it is an absolute imperative to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data. When connecting to remote locations with Internet as a transport medium, which is unsafe, certainly it was necessary to find a solution to protect data from unauthorized access. The solution is given in VPN technology. Virtual private networks allow you to create, such as their name suggests, a private network using the public unsecured Internet infrastructure. Organizations or individuals actually create their own virtual WAN infrastructure that connect its remote location and data transmitted over the private networks are encrypted and with protected integrity. One way of protecting data is with IPsec which is topic of thesis. Two solutions are simulated, IPsec + GRE and DMVPN and are compared on the basis of configuration, scalability and ease of use. Then has been demonstrated their mutual compatibility.
