Abstract
Zbog modernizacije i napretka tehnologije, vizualni identitet i web stranica su jako bitan faktor svakog poduzeća te je danas to jedan od ključnih elemenata za uspjeh poduzeća. Kvalitetno poduzeće je ono koje zadovoljava potrebe trenutnih, potencijalnih te budućih klijenata. Jadrolinija je poduzeće za pomorski prijevoznik putnika i tereta sa dugom poviješću te stoljetnom tradicijom. Istraživanje koje je provedeno putem ankete u svrhu dobivanja uvida kako potencijalni korisnik i korisnici gledaju na trenutni dizajn web stranice je dokazalo da je trenutačna web stranica jako teška za snalaženje te sadrži veliki opseg informacija, teksta te se isti sadržaj ponavlja na više mjesta na stranici. Redizajnom će se poboljšati korisničko iskustvo i sučelje te će se omogućiti korisniku lakše korištenje i snalaženje na web stranici. Dizajn web stranice je izrađen u Figmi jer sadrži prototipe te se može prikazati kako pojedini element na web stranici nastupa. Korisničko sučelje i iskustvo su jedno od najbitnijih elemente web stranice. Korisničko sučelje je interakcija korisnika kroz korištenje web stranice ili aplikacije i način kako se ponašaju pojedini grafički elementi na stranici ili aplikaciji. Korisničko iskustvo, kao povratna informacija korisnika na web stranicu, predstavlja njihovo zadovoljstvo konačnim izgledom web stranice što je zapravo i cilj ovog diplomskog rada. Biti će korišten responzivni dizajn koji je optimiziran na svim uređajima te je olakšana snalažljivost krajnjeg korisnika na web stranici.
Abstract (english)
Due to the modernization and advancement of technology, the visual identity and website are very important factors of every company and today it is one of the key elements for the company's success. A quality company meets the needs of current, potential, and future clients. Jadrolinija is a company for the maritime transport of passengers and cargo with a long history and centuries-old tradition. Research conducted through a survey to gain insight into how potential users and users view the current website design has proven that the current website is very difficult to navigate and contains a large amount of information, and text and the same content are repeated in multiple places on the page. The redesign will improve the user experience and interface and will make it easier for the user to use and navigate the website. The website design is made in Figma because it contains prototypes and can show how each element on the website performs. User interface and experience are one of the most important elements of a website. The user interface is user interaction through the use of a website or application and the way certain graphic elements on the page or application behave. The user experience, as the user's feedback on the website, represents their satisfaction with the final appearance of the website, which is the goal of this thesis. Responsive design will be used, which is optimized on all devices, and the resourcefulness of the end-user on the website is facilitated.
